How will my Window Shutters be priced
- The price of shutters is determined by the design option, window size and material. Your free home survey carried out by our fully trained surveyors will generate the quote based on the options chosen. We guarantee to email every quote the same day.
How can I pay
- If you decide to order your shutters with us, we take a 50% deposit at the point of order. We only invoice you for the remaining 50% of payment after your shutters have been installed and you are happy with the quality of your product and the installation. We accept payment via all major debit and credit cards with no additional fees. We also accept Paypal and bank payment transfers.
What are the delivery times
- All of our Window Shutters are made specifically for each customer. The lead time on all orders is 10 - 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
Who will install my Window Shutters
- We have a fully trained installation team to fit all shutters. It's normal practice for two members of our Install Team to fit all shutters and we generally fit them within 1 day.
Will I get a guarantee
- We offer a 5 year manufacturers warranty against structural defects, hardware, colour fastness and stainless steel hardware.
- Our window shutter installations come with a lifetime warranty, because we know it is one of the most important parts of the job and we pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship. Our professional installers will determine how well your shutters will work and look. That's why, if there are any installation issues, we will always return to the job and resolve all issues immediately.

Our wholesale Partner S:CRAFT have worked with the manufacturer for more than 15 years and have built a strong partnership over that time. S:CRAFT has it's own production line and the factory are able to track every shutter throughout the manufacturing process. Our factory has been ISO 2001 accredited since 1998.
